Meet Efren!

Meet Efren Pamilacan our Youth Arts & Community Development Coordinator. Efren brings to L2R’s Pathways Leadership program a wealth of knowledge and experience in hip hop based art as a longstanding subcultural participant in dance and as an advocate for the cultural development of the community in Australia.
