Shaped over 14 months of deep listening and co-creation with young people, artists, staff and Board, L2R’s new Strategic Plan sets a bold direction for the years ahead. Grounded in access, representation, creativity and connection, the plan redefines our vision, values and purpose while outlining ambitious goals for the future.
It’s our blueprint for the next chapter of movement, access and community power and we can’t wait to bring it to life with you!

We’re proud to present our five year Strategic Plan for 2020–2025.
This road map will help the organisation create genuine social change through the power of dance and the arts. Co-created with our community, board and emerging artists, it gives us a framework that will guide our behaviour and help bring our unique vision, values and purpose to life.
