I used to be able to do 10 flares.

What are your dreams and future goals/where do you see yourself in 10 years?

I want to rebuild the Melbourne breaking community and hope to see it running strong in 10 years.

I used to watch Michael Jackson when I was little and would try to imitate the moves I saw.

Because It’s how I express my emotions.

I practice with my crew, we meet up and dance.

How does performing make you feel?

When I take my craft with me to different places and represent, it makes me feel good, especially when I’m with my crew.

Does your cultural background play a role in your dance practice?

I consider myself to be part of the culture of hip hop. Yes it does play a role in when I dance.

Talk to me about Hip Hop. What do you like about Hip Hop?

What I like about Hip Hop is that there are so many elements that I can focus on. If I want to take a break from breaking, I have so many other elements of the culture I can focus on, whether I’m Rockin it out on the turntables or doing some graff or writing some rhymes, there’s always something for me to do.

What role does L2R play in your life?

It’s a place where my crew and I can build together and be with our OG’s.

What exciting projects do you have coming up?

I’m going to be running a breaking event and also some holiday programs in my local community.
