L2R's Panda Squad program provides free weekly hip hop dance workshops for middle year’s children (aged 6-12) who live in the Brimbank and Maribyrnong municipalities. The program also offers opportunities for the families of the young people to come together and unite through dance. The program is facilitated by a professional teaching artist and is assisted by an emerging artist. This teaching combination contributes to the successful delivery of this program, which has been running since 2015.
 
Panda Squad is a safe dance space where the only rules are respect yourself and everyone around you, and have FUN! Panda Squad creates a place where we can all learn from each other, and is a place where race, religion, gender and identity are celebrated. Panda Squad participants have a pathway into L2R's flagship program, Next Gen 3019, which can then lead into the L2R Pathways Leadership Program.
 
Please note: L2R requires Parents/Carers to drop off and pick up all children from our programs.

Auslan Access: Many of our team have completed Deaf awareness training. Deaf and hard of hearing young people, can talk to us about joining all our programs with NDIS access support.
