L2R X Guide Dogs Victoria

On Monday 30th September, L2R had the absolute pleasure of collaborating with Guide Dogs Victoria at their family camp. L2R artists Jacinda, Daisuke and Nastran worked with 23 children and young people, 11 of which are vision impaired. The aim was simple... get active, get mobile and get grooving! Our CEO, Jacinda Richards was thrilled at the opportunity to work with Guide Dogs Victoria to develop a workshop that broke down barriers for vision impaired young people, making dance accessible to all their fabulous participants!

Working with L2R was a pure delight. With our group of mixed ages and abilities dancing made us really come together as a group . Great for the adults to all let their hair down too. Instructions were made simple and fun and we had a great time learning new moves. Working with Jacinda and her team was fun and professional at the same time!

Many Thanks team!” (Clare O'Sullivan, Orientation and Mobility Specialist , Guide Dogs Victoria).

L2R and Guide Dogs Victoria would like to thank the Shine On Foundation for supporting and funding this new, exciting and innovative workshop.
